We're thrilled to share the story of our recent collaboration with a fantastic client who offers a writing service. This client, who we'll refer to as "Sarah" for privacy reasons, came to us with a desire to grow her business and reach more customers through digital marketing. She had been dabbling in boosted posts, and making presentations at local events, but was ready to automate more of her marketing so she could focus on her clients.
Together, we developed a strategy that involved running targeted ads across various social media platforms, honing in on Sarah's ideal audience and highlighting the unique benefits of her service. We were confident that our plan would yield results, but we were blown away by just how quickly and dramatically it worked.
Within just two days of launching the ad campaign, Sarah had already made two sales. That may not seem like much, but when you consider that each of these sales was worth roughly $8000, it's an incredible achievement. And the best part? We had only spent $60 at that point.
But that was just the beginning. Over the following weeks, Sarah continued to receive an influx of leads and in following them up, has many potentials clients in her pipeline, with $16000 worth locked in. And it's not just the immediate financial gains that have us feeling proud and excited for her. Thanks to our work together, Sarah now has a long list of new clients lined up and is booked out for months in advance, along with a lot of new followers to her socials, and warm audiences for future campaigns. In fact, she's even considering expanding her staff to keep up with the demand!
In addition to the amazing sales and revenue growth that we achieved for our client, we also want to highlight the impressive return on ad spend (ROAS) and acquisition cost (ACoS) that we were able to achieve.
Our initial ad spend of $60 resulted in two sales worth between $6,000 and $10,000 each, which translates to a ROAS of between 100:1 and 166:1. This means that for every dollar Sarah spent on advertising, she earned between $100 and $166 in revenue. These numbers are simply outstanding and demonstrate the power of effective digital marketing.
Furthermore, the ACoS for this campaign was incredibly low, coming in at just 0.38%. This means that for every dollar Sarah spent on advertising, only $0.0038 was used to acquire a new customer. This is a remarkable achievement.
Overall, our partnership with Sarah not only led to impressive revenue growth and a surge in demand for her services, but also delivered exceptional ROAS and low ACoS metrics. We're incredibly proud of the results we were able to achieve together.

We recently had the pleasure of working with a new client who owns a weekly or fortnightly clean and service business. Their business was brand new, so we were faced with the challenge of having no metrics to work with. However, they knew the demand was there and their knowledge of their product and customer care was top notch and we were determined to help them grow their business through digital marketing. They were also not afraid to jump on the phone and call each lead right away while their business was top of mind, and make the sale while the lead was hot.
Unfortunately, our initial ad didn't get the results we were hoping for, with only 2 leads coming in and our lead cost pushing $50 we switched the ad off to return to our concept testing. (Although right after that, they did sell one of the two leads, so all was not lost!)
We went back to our research, reworked our KPI's and testing different creative elements. After some fine-tuning, we launched a new ad campaign with a PDF guide as the lead magnet and multiple different copy and creatives.
This time, we saw immediate success. Within the first week, our client had received 8 leads, a cost of around $16 each. Through consultation, we were able to help our client see the long-term value of paying an acquisition cost for each client. With their regular service clients potentially worth up to $10,000 over their customer lifetime, it made sense to invest in acquiring the right customers.
Our client is currently spending $30 a day on their ad campaign and is receiving an average of 2 highly qualified leads per day. They are still able to convert roughly one out of every two leads into a paying customer, resulting in significant revenue growth for their business.
We're incredibly proud of the work we've done with this client and the results we've achieved so far. By testing and fine-tuning our approach, we were able to find the right formula for success and help our client see the long-term value of investing in digital marketing. We're excited to continue working with them, expanding our marketing reach into different strategies, and helping them grow their business even further.

Our basic Lead Gen Package starts at $1000 a month. That's $222 a week, or only $33 a day to grow your business into a thriving asset that supports you and your family. Packages can be added on to, to suit your individual business needs, in which case will be quoted per your requirements.
We always begin working with clients on a 90 day contract, on a service of their choice, as we believe 90 days is the minimum required to get a good stable system in place. After the 90 days is up, we will consult on the best way forward and send you a proposal on where to next. Scale, reach, maintain and manage.
We offer payment options of: Up front, monthly or weekly instalments.
Our Email Marketing and Automation Packages include your monthly subscription to our CRM System; FIRE. When our 90 days is up, the ongoing basic subscription is $99 a month. You can mange this yourself, or our management of it can be part of an ongoing arrangement.
You pay for your ad spend and any other subscriptions required.
